DURING YOUR SALON VISIT

Here at Art Of Beauty Hair Studio we appreciate our guests and aim to provide a professional, intimate, and exclusive beauty experience. These policies have been established to assure each and every one of you has a relaxing and pleasant salon visit.

Upon arrival wearing a mask is encouraged, but optional. In an effort to maintain the health and safety of all clients and service providers, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Coughing (current or residual), congestion, sneezing, sore throat, fever, chills, or any other Cold/Flu/Covid/Viral symptoms. If you arrive with any of these symptoms I will ask you to leave. I have the right to refuse service at my discretion.

No extra guest or children allowed.

We do not provide services for children.

No outside food allowed. Beverages are allowed.

Please bring air pods or ear phones to mute noise from your cell phone or laptop. Please be considerate of fellow clients.

If you have time restrictions and need to be out of the salon by a specific time, please notify your service provider prior to the day of the appointment so the necessary adjustments can be made and you can be accommodated.

If you desire to adjust the services you’ve booked, you need to do so 48 hours prior to the day of your appointment, so that your service provider can make the necessary adjustments and accommodations. If you decide to adjust the service you’ve booked the same day of your appointment, and the change is LESS THAN what you initially booked, you will be charged the same price for the initial service that was booked. The service may change, the price will not.

Please refrain from smoking cigarettes or marijuana before entering the salon. I am highly sensitive and allergic. Perfume does not conceal the smell, it makes it worse.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A $50 deposit is required from all clients to book all hair appointments. The deposit goes towards your total amount for all services provided. It can be paid via Apple Pay or Zelle at the time of booking. Deposits are fully and immediately REFUNDABLE if you cancel or reschedule 48 HOURS PRIOR to the scheduled date and time of your appointment, Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel or reschedule LESS THAN 48 HOURS of the scheduled date and time of your appointment. No exceptions.

LATE/CANCELLATION/NO CALL-SHOW POLICY:

If you are running 15 mins or later to your appointment, please call or text so we can accommodate your reservation. There is no late fee.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date and time of your scheduled appointment or your deposit is non-refundable and considered an inconvenience fee.

No Call-No Show, you will not be able to reschedule an appointment indefinitely, your deposit is non-refundable and considered an inconvenience fee.

WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY CLIENT PRICING POLICY

The Weekly and Bi-Weekly pricing for the Silk Press/Flat Iron on Natural Hair Service, is based on consecutive weekly or bi-weekly appointments. If you miss an appointment, your following appointment will be priced at the standard rate.

STANDING APPOINTMENT POLICY

If you have a Standing Appointment and you cancel more than two consecutive appointments, your spot will be replaced with another client.

If you take a break to wear braids for longer than 6 weeks, your spot will be replaced with another client.
