Art Of Beauty Hair Studio provides an intimate salon experience with no overbooking. I am the sole Hairstylist, and can only take a certain number of clients each day in order to maintain the experience I’ve created for guests. I truly appreciate your interest in becoming a client and I am grateful for your patience.

How do I get on the waitlist?

Please complete the New Client Consultation Form linked here https://www.artofbeautyhairstudio.com/newclientconsultationform and found on the homepage. Completing this form will automatically add you to the waitlist. As scheduling availability allows, I will pull your form from the Waitlist and follow up with a text to book a mandatory Phone Consultation to discuss the information you provided. Once these two steps have been completed, we can book your appointment and begin your Healthy Hair Journey.

How do I know what my place is on the Waitlist?

Unfortunately, there is no way to know your place on the waitlist. There is no guaranteed turnaround time from the date I receive your New Client Consultation Form to when you will be contacted to discuss your appointment. All potential clients are contacted on a first come first serve basis and in the order I receive your New Client Consultation Form.

Once I am an established client, how do I book my hair appointment? Do you offer online booking?

I do not offer online booking. Once you are an established client you can book directly with me via text. I will share my contact information once we have had our Phone Consultation and you have been removed from the waitlist.

Booking and communication hours of availability are Monday through Saturday from 10am-7pm. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Do you take drop in or walk in clients? What if I can’t commit to a haircare regimen?

No, I do not take drop-in or walk-in clients. I require clients to commit to at least a bi-weekly haircare regimen, or bi-monthly (every 6 weeks) if you wear braids or other protective styles, in order to achieve their ‘Ultimate Healthy Hair Goals’. If you are unable to commit to this schedule, I would recommend working with another stylist.

Can I book an appointment the same day?

No. Art Of Beauty Hair studio requires Advanced Booking.

Unless you have a standing appointment, haircare services with Caraya Rose are booked anywhere from 3 weeks to 1 month out.

Beauty Services with Artrecia Nicole .must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Do I have to come with my hair pre-shampooed for any service?

No. Basic styling (cleanse, condition, blowdry) is included with every service.

What form of payments are accepted?

Cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle payments are accepted. I DO NOT accept Cash App, Venmo, Paypal, or Credit Card payments. If you bank with a Credit Union or do not have access to Zelle or Apple Pay, please bring cash to pay for your appointment.

Is there parking near the salon, or should I Uber or Lyft?

Art Of Beauty Hair Studio is located in the Ingleside Terrace neighborhood of San Francisco. It is primarily residential, safe, and quiet. Street parking is usually available, and there are no meters or hourly restrictive parking signs. Uber and Lyft are also options. Public Transportation (BART and MUNI) are accessible in the area.
